Muscle & Mat
Muscle & Mat is a dynamic hybrid class that combines the best of both worlds — strength training and mat Pilates — for a total-body workout that builds muscle, improves posture, and strengthens your core from the inside out. The first half of the class focuses on weight training, using dumbbells and resistance to sculpt and tone major muscle groups, boost metabolism, and support bone health.
The second half transitions to mat Pilates, where you’ll slow things down and focus on alignment, balance, and deep core activation for long-lasting strength and stability. Perfect for anyone looking to build strength without bulk, enhance posture, and feel stronger both in and out of the studio.
